  • Cooking oil
  • 1little salt
  • 1onion

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop the waru and wash.

  2. 2

    Fry the onions till golden brown then add tomatoes and tomato paste

  3. 3

    Add the waru and stir to mix

  4. 4

    Add 2 cups of water because it's for kids and they will need soup

  5. 5

    Add salt

  6. 6

    Cover to cook till tender

  7. 7

    Serve warm. You can even mash for the kids
