  1. 3small croaker fish
  2. 5 tablespooncorn starch flour
  3. Seasoning
  4. Salt
  5. Onion powder
  6. Vegetable oil for frying

  1. 1

    Gut and clean fish properly and season with salt, onion powder, seasoning and then rub in the corn starch flour

    Leave in the fridge cover for 5 minutes to marinade and then fry until golden brown

    Then place on sieve lined with kitchen roll to drain
