Peal and cut the boiled potatoes in cubes

Heat oil in deep pan till smoky

Add potatoes and fry them till golden

Mix curd and all the masala in a bowl and pour in the fried potatoes

Cook it on low flame till it leaves oil

Add salt kasoori methi and amchur powder and fry on high flame for few more minutes and off the gas

Close the pan with a lid for few seconds and then take it out in serving dish and garnish it with chopped coriander
- 8
Serve it hot with paratha or puri
