Steps

Chop capsicums into two halves. Brush 1 tsp oil on them. Preheat oven/ Tandoor

Heat a non-stick pan. Add 1 tsp oil. Add jeera and chopped garlic. Followed by chopped potatoes, paneer, tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt and red chilli powder.

Cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas and add coriander leaves.

Fill the capsicums with paneer mixture and keep it on the tray ancient put it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Arrange it on a serving plate.

Top ghee capsicums with cherry tomatoes and serve.
