  • 6potatoes
  • 1 cupflour
  • 2 tspturmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Dania
  • Cooking oil for deep frying

    Peel the potatoes then slice into round thin shapes

  2. 2

    Mix the flour with Dania, Salt and turmeric powder and one 1 and half cups of water

  3. 3

    Mix the potatoes with the flour mixture for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Heat oil then deep fry
