8 ozself raising flour
1 tspbaking powder
1 tbspmixed spice
5 ozsoft light brown sugar
2 ozsultanas/raisens
2 ozchopped mixed nuts
2 ozfinely grated carrot
150 mlvegetabl oil
2eggs
50 mlfresh orange juice

preheat oven to 180c

sift flour, baking powder and mixed spice into a large mixing bowl

mix in rest of dry ingredients

mix wet ingredients(oil,eggs n juice) together then add to dry ingredients and mix together

spoon mixture evenly between 12 muffin cases and bake for 20-25 mins
