1 hour 30 mins

1oblong deep baking pan
1 boxwhite cake mix
1 cansweetened condensed milk
1 can15oz Coco Lopes cream of coconut (substitute - add 1tsp coconut extract to sweetened condensed milk)
1 cancrushed pineapple in juice
24 ozfrozen sliced strawberries (optional)
8 ozcontainer cool whip

cook cake in oblong pan as directed on box

lg bowl thaw strawberries, add pineapple, and cream of coconut

mix and set aside

when cake is done poke holes while still hot

pour can sweetened condensed milk over cake, let soak in 30mins

pour strawberries, pineapple and cream of coconut mixture on cake, let soak in
7

cover with cool whip
8

refrigerate
