Steps

Add 2tbsp of olive oil and butter

Add 2tbsp finely chopped onion and 2 cloves garlic

Saute well

Add thinly sliced 10 mushrooms

Sauté for 1min and then simmer for 5 mins.Make sure they cook well { till they release their juices and reduce }

Add maida or plain flour 1tbsp

Saute for 1min

Add 3 cups of water or veg stock

Add half tsp of crushed pepper

Add thyme{optional} add salt as per taste

Mix well and boil for 5mins

Blend some of the mushrooms and add in the soup

Add 1/4th cup cream and mix well simmer for 1 min or till it gets creamy consistency

Garnish with pepper and serve hot
