Delicious more then just a YELLOW CAKE. So lite and fluffy. Not at all that heavy sweet you might think. You could eat a bunch and not regrete it!

Grease and lightly flour a 9"x13" pan. (Or 2- 9" round cake pans.) Place a piece of waxed paper on the bottom only of pan. MIX all ingredients of cake portion together. (Yellow cake mix, eggs, oil, and oranges.) Then pour cake mixture into cake pan. Bake at 350°F. for 30 min. Let cool.

For Icing: Mix everything together (cool whip, pudding mix, and pineapple) and put on top cake. If you chose to make this in 2 round pans you can add the icing in between layers as well. Note: the pudding is added to other ingredients in powder form.

OPTIONAL: TEAR CAKE INTO CHUNKS AND MIX ICING MIXTURE INTO CAKE PIECES. THIS IS THE YUMMIEST CAKE. VERY LIGHT. IT ISN'T TART ARE RICH. YOU CAN ALMOST EAT THE WHOLE CAKE IN A DAY. YUMMMM
