1 largechicken breast
3 smallpotatoes (chopped)
3carrots (chopped as desired)
1/2white onion (chopped)
1 cancream of celery (or equivilent)

preheat oven to 400

place frozen chicken breast in 8×8 baking pan

chop vegetables and add to baking dish, surrounding chicken

top with cream of celery (sprinkle on spices as desired)

cover with foil and bake for 1 hr
