If the dough will not shape into a ball add some more icing sugar.

Mix everything together to form a stiff doughy kind of mixture.

If you want some dribbly icing add more water instead.

Ps. This will make quite a lot of icing.

If you are using as decoration how i use it then you flour the surface with icing sugar then roll out onto it.

Using a cutter or a knife simply make the shape you would like and then add to whatever it is you want.
