take a small amount of sugar cookie dough about 1 Tbs. roll into ball then press into cupcake Tin. coming up sided

place about one small spoon full of pie filling in middle

bake at 350 for about 6 to 8 minutes. or until the sugar cookie dough is a light brown.

let cool. serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. or whipped tipping. or add your own spin to these.
