Kashmiri red chiili and Garlic soke in warm water for 10 min.

Make a fine paste of it.

Heat oil in pan to smoking point. Add Garlic, Ginger, green chiili chopped. Add salary leaves.

Now add chiili Garlic paste.

Add sugar, both salt, vinegar.

In small bowl take some water add corn flour. Mix it well. Add this paste in pan.

Mix it well.
