Ingredients

  1. 10whole dry kashmiri red chilli
  2. 2 tbsp Cillli, Garlic, Ginger, green chiili chopped
  3. 6Garlic
  4. 2 tbsp Vinger
  5. 1 tbsp Sugar
  6. 2 Tbsp Oil
  7. 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 2 Tb.spoon. celery leaves (optional)
  10. 1 pinchAjinomoto salt (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Kashmiri red chiili and Garlic soke in warm water for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Make a fine paste of it.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in pan to smoking point. Add Garlic, Ginger, green chiili chopped. Add salary leaves.

  4. 4

    Now add chiili Garlic paste.

  5. 5

    Add sugar, both salt, vinegar.

  6. 6

    In small bowl take some water add corn flour. Mix it well. Add this paste in pan.

  7. 7

    Mix it well.
