Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2chopped tomatoes
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 10soaked kaju
  4. 10 piecemakhane
  5. 1 table spoonoil
  6. 1 table spoonbutter
  7. 1 tea spoonjeera
  8. 1/2 teaspoon hing
  9. 2 tea spoondhaniya powder
  10. 1.5 tea spoonturmeric powder
  11. 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  12. 1 table spoonmalai
  13. 250 gmchopped green methi
  14. 1/4 cup boiled peas

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chopped methi and peas in water and sieve it

  2. 2

    Take 1 teaspoon oil and saute chopped onion till golden brown add chopped tomatoes makhane kaju

  3. 3

    Let it cool

  4. 4

    Coarse grinding to be done

  5. 5

    Take oil and butter in kadai add jeera hing and coarsely grinded paste

  6. 6

    Add all masala let it cook

  7. 7

    Add chopped green methi and boiled peas

  8. 8

    Let it cook for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Add malai to it and cover for more 5 minutes

  10. 10

    Methi mutter malai is ready
