Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cut the baguette into cubes, but do not cut all the way through—leave the loaf whole with openings (as shown in the picture).

Melt the butter, then add the minced garlic and chopped parsley.

Add salt and black pepper, mix well, and spread the mixture inside the openings and on the outside of the bread.

Stuff the openings with mozzarella cheese. You can add more cheese if you like.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake until the cheese melts and the bread is slightly toasted. Enjoy!
