Mix ghee and pisi hui chini in a bowl and mix it till it becomes one

In other bowl sieve suji, maida, beasan and baking powder

Mix both the above ingredients and make soft dough

Take small portion and make round balls keep on the butter paper

Put chopped dry fruits on it

Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes

Nankhatai ready to eat
