  3. 10-15lehsun ki Kaliyan
  4. 1 inchadrak ka tukda
  5. 1spoon haldi aur lal mirch Powder
  6. 1/2spoon garam masala
  7. 1bowlhari matar
  8. -namak swad anusar
  9. 2bade pyaz
  10. 3-4 spoonchamach sarso ka tel
  11. 1bowl dhaniya pati
  12. 1chutki jeera
  13. 2-4Tej pata

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle pyaz ko Patle Patle tukde me kat le.

  2. 2

    Lehsun aur adrak ko chil kar uska paste bana le.

  3. 3

    Gas par cooker ya non-stick pan rakh ke usme tel daal de.

  4. 4

    Tel garam hone ke Baad usme jeera aur tej pata daal de.

  5. 5

    Jab vo tadakne Lage to usme adrak aur lehsun ka paste daal de.

  6. 6

    Jab adrak, lehsun ka paste bhun jaaye to usme pyaz daal de.

  7. 7

    Pyaz jab halka sa laal ho jaaye to usme namak,haldi,laal mirch Powder,garam masala aur Kate hue Tamatar daal ke dhak de.

  8. 8

    Phir jab masala bhun jaaye to usme chila hua matar daal de.

  9. 9

    Ek do baar chala ke usme ek ya do katori paani daal de.

  10. 10

    Paanch minute dhak de phir usme ubal aane Lage to Kate hue paneer daal de.

  11. 11

    5 se 7 minute ke Baad gas off kar de.

  12. 12

    Dhaniya Pati ko kaat ke usme daal de.

  13. 13

    Matar paneer khane ke liye taiyar hai.
