4 1/2 ozsoft unsalted butter
10 1/2 ozdark chocolate, broken into pieces
3 tbspgolden syrup
7 1/4 ozMaltesers
3 1/2 ozmarshmellows

Heat the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan over a gentle heat. Remove from heat once melted.

Fold the Maltesers into the melted chocolate mixture in the saucepan, then add the marshmellows.

Tip the mixture into a 24cm/9in square baking.

Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Cut into 24 fingers and serve!
