cover the bottom of a flat cooking pan with 2 sheets of wax paper

get a pot big or small enough so the glass bowl will fit over NOT in it

boil water in pot, no salt

turn stove off once water boils, put bowl over the pot, and melt the chocolate in it little by little.

dip cherries in melted chocolate, cover completely

lay them down on the tray, quickly put a hershey kiss on the opposite side of the stem.

before chocolate dries place 2 sliced almonds between the kiss and cherry. it will look like a mouse

if using M&Ms now would be the time to place them on the kiss. (two eyes and a nose) put in fridge until dry and hard

if using gel use the green gel to make two eyes(whiskers if you want), and the pink for a nose

place in fridge til your ready to serve
