50 gramsicing sugar
50 gramsall purpose flour
1 tspminced pistachios
1egg

Blend icing sugar, butter and flour and 1 egg

Cut a round shape in stencil paper, place it on baking sheet on baking tray and spoon a thick paste on the round shape and remove the stencil and sprinkle finely chopped pistas

Bake at 160 for 5 minutes and remove from baking paper carefully.
