Chop onion, tomato, carrot, chillies, coriander leaves and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan on a low flame. Add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, and pea nuts and saute well. Add chopped chillies. Add chopped onion,tomato carrot and(keep half portion of chopped onion,tomato, carrot to garnish on top.) Add tamarind juice. Add checkpeas powder. Add jaggery powder. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix it well and off the gas stove. Add puffed rice mix it well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chopped onion, tomato, carrot. It is ready to serve now.
