  • 500 gmBaigan
  • 2Potato medium size
  • 2Tomato finely chopped
  • 1Onion large size chopped
  • 6-7Garlic clove roasted &chopped
  • Salt to use
  • 3tspCoriander leaf chopped
  • 3-4Green chilli
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 4 tspOil

    Baigan aalo ko kaat ke dhul le.

  2. 2

    Cocker mein oil gram karein baigan aalo daal ke chalye thoda salt dale.

  3. 3

    2 vessel mein gas off krde. Siti khole nahi.

  4. 4

    Baigan aalo ko drain kar lein. Extra pani nikal de.

  5. 5

    Bowl me pyaj, tmatar, lahsun, namak, lemon juice salt daal ke mix karein.

  6. 6

    Bacha hua oil garam kar ke bhrte mein mix karein.

  7. 7

    Dhniya patti daal ke serve karein.
