Ingredients

30 minutes
6 croquets
  1. 100 gboiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 tea spoonchilli flakes
  3. 50 gmozzarella cheese
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tea spooncrushed black pepper
  6. 50 gcorn flour
  7. Bread crumbs for coating
  8. Refined vegetable oil for deep frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate potatoes with a fine grater

  2. 2

    Add chilli flakes, salt, mozzarella, crushed black pepper to the grated potato. knead everything into a fine dough. Take care not to over knead it.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into small balls of 20g each and shape it into smooth round balls.

  4. 4

    Mix corn flour and water to make a thin batter.

  5. 5

    Dip the balls in the batter and then crumb it in the bread crumbs. Be gentle and don't press the crumbs too hard on the balls.

  6. 6

    Deep fry it in medium hot oil and serve while hot.
