Steps
- 1
Mix all ingredients by hand in large mixing bowl. Pour in water slowly mixing in with hands until it feels like a meatloaf mixture. Careful not to over water. Remember, sausage has fat that will keep mixture moist.
- 2
Oil spray a pan or pyrex/casserole baking dish and fill with stuffing mixture.
- 3
Cover with foil (to avoid drying out) and bake in oven at 325? for about 45 minutes.
- 4
Remove foil cover and bake for another 15 minutes and let brown slightly.
- 5
Notes: You can increase measurements for bread and sausage by halves until you reach your required amount. Do not increase onion, celery, or parsley, unless you feel it's getting lost. Careful with the salt and pepper. Remember, sausage has spices.
