2 cupShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 lbHot, Mild, or Regular Country Sausage

Preheat oven on 350°

Mix bisquick, cheese, & sausage in mixing bowl (using hands) to ensure it is all mixed evenly.

Roll into quarter size balls place on non sticking baking pan

Place in oven bake for 20 minutes or until a warm color brown (this ensures your sausage is cooked thoroughly)

Remove let cool 5 minutes then serve.
