To make stock.....Wash the stems of coriander with roots which we throw.In a saucepan take enough water & add stems 1 bay leaf, 2/3peppercorns, 2/3cloves.,and simmer for 15/20 min.strain it.stock is ready.

In a pan take butter+oil add chopped veggies (carrot &beans).Stir for few min.then add stock nearly 1 lit or more.allow to Boil, then add black pepper powder &salt.add 1/2tsp cornflour water.stir.the soup shd bed watery ¬ thick so just 1sp of water.add chopped coriander leaves.allow to Boil.Add lemon juice and remove from flame.serve hot.
