Cut thin slices of meat so their strips out of the 1 lb. of meat.

Put the meat in a stainless steel pan.

Next chop a bunch of salontro leaves & spread them on the meat.

Then smash 4 Dollar Cloves down & spread them on the leaves. Dollar Cloves are round & white & LOOK like half a mushroom like the top.

Next spread half of a half a cup of chili paste on top of that.

Then make 3 piles if spices about a quarter cup for each 1 is Mexican Aregano 1 is Cuban & the other is Coriander & then spread 1 by 1 onto the food.

Next slide the food in the plastic ziplock bag & put it in a glass pan & put it in the fridge for 30min. to an 1hr.

Next put a stainless steel pan on a burner & turn the burner on but not to high.

Then take the glass pan & ziplock bag out of the fridge & take the ziplock bag out of the glass pan & set it on the counter & if the bag leaked from the food & onto the glass pan make sure to wash the glass pan.

Then unzip the ziplock bag & slide the food into the stainless steel pan.

Then while thats cooking, you chop up red,yellow,& green peppers into thin slices like the meat only thinner.

Next you do the same as step 11 only with the onion.

Then slide the peppers & onion from the cutting board to the stainless steel pan.

Next add a pinch of Cuban spice.

Also add a pinch of chili powder.

Add a little more silantro leaves.

Then make sure the food is marinating so mix & stir the food up.

Now while the food is cooking get some foil & make sure its big enough for some tortillas.

Then count how many people are eating this meal so 1 tortia per person.

Next get another stainless steel pan & put it on a burner & have it on the same temp as you have the food now.

then put a tortilla on the stainless steel pan & cook it for 3 sec. per side.

When your done with the 1st tortilla put it on the foil & continue this until you have enough for the people your serving.

Then you turn off the burner & put the stainless steel pan on another burner that hasn't been turned on.

Next take the 1st tortilla you warmed up & put some guacamole & a little bit of salt on it.

Then you put some of the fajita on your tortilla & continue this until you have put those things on your tortilla.
