1\2 cup spice for fish
1fresh lemon
1 cupcanola oil

In a bowl beat eggs and on another separate bowl mix flour,aromat and spice for fish

Heat oil in a_large_saucepan/electric pan then first dip fish into eggs_then into the flour mixture and fry
