Clean the coriander thoroughly.

Chop the coriander finely and set aside

In a bowl add the tomato and onion

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the mix

Add the coriander and toss with a fork

Add salt and cover with a cling film and leave to set for four minutes.
