1 lblouis rich turkey sausage
1 largeonion chopped
1 tbspveg. oil
1 packagesaugratin potatoes
2 1/2 cuphot water
1/4 tsppepper
4 mediumcarrots, cut in strips(about two cups)
1 packagesfrozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

cut sausage in half inch slices

cook sausage and onion in oil about 5 minutes, til tender.

stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water, carrots and pepper

heat to boiling.

reduce heat.

cover and simmer til carrots and potatoes are tender.

about 10 minutes.

stir in broccoli and cheese.

cook til broccoli is heated and cheese is melted.
