300 gramspotatoes thinly stripped
300 mlcooking oil

Heat the oil on medium flame on a wide pan.When hot,pat dry the potatoes and gently add them into the pan.

Deep fry till the potatoes are cooked.Drain the excess oil and serve with salad.
