  • 2 tablespoonBoiled corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoonCottage cheese in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoonRoasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoonPomegranate kernels
  • 1 tablespoonOlives
  • 1 tablespoonKishmish
  • to tasteSalt & chilli according
  • 1 teaspoonChat masala
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • For Garnishing:
  • leavesFew Coriander
  • 1 tablespoonTamarind dates chutney
  • to tasteChilli chutney according
  • Lemon slices 2
  • leavesFew Lettuce
  • Nachos to serve along

    First take all things mentioned under ingredients in a big bowl. Gently mix it.

    Now pour both chutneys in salad and toss it. Just wet salad with chutneys.

    Now garnish protein salad with coriander leaves and lemon slices.

    Serve immediately with nachos.
