Ingredients

  1. 200 gtilapia
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Potatoes(three)
  4. 2large onions
  5. Tomato paste
  6. Olive oil
  7. Green peas
  8. Gojets
  9. Glassred wine
  10. Green tender pumpkin leave
  11. Clean watwe

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your fish and some salt on wine for twenty mins

  2. 2

    Boil green peas for fifteen minutes and add five large potatoes

  3. 3

    Add chopped pumpkins leaves and cover it to boil for ten minutes

  4. 4

    Fry the mixture and use a riddle to munch them

  5. 5

    Put some oil on frying pan and allow it to heat

  6. 6

    Put your marinated fish and allow it to cook till is golden brown as you turn it.

  7. 7

    Add your tomato paste and stirr to make a thick coating of fish

  8. 8

    Chop your tomatoes and go jets and add them to your cooking fish

  9. 9

    Add separate fried onions which are half cooked to your fish.

  10. 10

    Serve with your mukimo
