Let stand 10 min...if yeast doubles in volume it is active

Step 2...Add couple cups flour til mixture forms a wet batter.

Step 3. keep adding flour a couple cups at a time, use approx., 9 cups for total recipe. Flour 2 large bowls add dough shaped in 2 balls one in each bowl. Cover with plastic wrap then a towel to keep warm. Turn stove on 250...place bowls on top of stove not in it to let rise. Dough should rise and double in size. Should take 2 to 3 he's. to rise. Once dough is risen poke down dough with fingers and form loaves put in greased pans. Let rise till double in size...2hrs.

Bake 350 for 25 min., then rotate pans bringing back ones to front and front ro back.Bake another 15 min.or til golden brown.

Remove from oven rub butter on top, take bread from pan and place bread on top of overturned pan, let cool.
