My uncle brought me some jalapeño peppers so I pickled them.

Slice the peppers

Put the sliced peppers into a sterilized jar

Heat the vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. When the vinegar solution is boiling and the salt and sugar is dissolved add the solution to the peppers in the jar.

Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
