Abhi hum ek non stick pan mein besan ko 2-3 min ke liye roast kar lenge

Then oil Dal ke usme medium flame paneer ko fry karenge

Ek pan mein oil laker usme hum crushed Masala Dal lenge, fir usme zira Dal ke medium flame par fry karenge

Then usme barik kata hua pyaz dalenge or uske 3-4 min tak pakaenge

Pyaz thoda soft hone ke baad usme hum green chilli or ginger garlic paste dal 1 min ke liye pakaenge

Pyaz or Masala pakne ke baad hum usme Sara dry Masala Dal denge except garam Masala or salt

Sabhi masalo ko aadhe min tak paka kar usme hum tomato puree Dal dalker 3-4 min tak dhaak ke pakaenge

Uske baad jab Masala tel chod de tab hum usme 2-3 spoon bhuna hua besan or 2 spoon dahi dalenge or 1 min ke liye dhaak kar pakenge

Then thoda gravy karne ke liye usme pani Dale or hisab s thoda namak dale or dhaak ke ubaal aane tak rakh de

Abhi isme hum paneer Dal dalker 2 min ke medium flame par pakaenge uske baad usme garam Masala or kasuri methi half min tak low flame par dhaak ke pakenge

Or fir ise dhaniya s garnish karke garma garam serve karein
