Kheel Dahi vada

Rinse and soak kheel in water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and discard all water from kheel.Place it in grinder and grind into a smooth paste. Transfer it to a large bowl and add bread crumbs and salt for binding the batter.

Mix well and beat the batter until it turns light, about at-least 4-5 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame. When oil is medium hot, take a medium sized portion of batter in between your fingers or a spoon and gently drop it into the oil. - 3
Drop 4-5 portions at a time. Deep-fry them on medium heat until light golden brown and crispy. Take them out from oil and transfer into a kitchen towel.

Beat curd with sugar and add hing,black salt, normal salt, red chilli powder with hand beater until smooth. Place in it refridgator for 15-20 minutes for chilling.....
Take 4-5 fried vadas in a deep serving plate or a bowl. Pour generous amount of curd evenly over it until fully covered. sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder. - 5
Garnish with green coriander leaves 🍀🍀and serve 🍲
