Take a pan add 1 tsp butter... add grated carrot, capsicum... saute it for 3-4 min at medium flame

In another pan add butter wheatflour or all purpose flour... saute it for 1 min... add milk and stir continuously untill sauce become thick... add salt, black peeper powder,sugar,veggies......add one tbsp grated cheese too.

Mix all thing well cook it for another 1-2min.
Grease baking tray..... arrange first layer of thepala in it.... spread some tomato ketchup on it.... spread half of white sauce on thepla... sprinkle some chilli flakes mixed herbs & grated cheese. - 4
Repeat it once again....topped it with lots of cheese sprinkle some chilli flakes.
Bake lasagna in preheated oven for... 10-12 min at 180°c.
