You can make anything with ground deer- hamburgers, tacos, meatloaf- but this is one of my favorites. It's super easy and way more delicious than Hamburger Helper. My family doesn't care for onions, peppers or mushrooms but you can throw some in, if you so desire.

Ingredients

30 mins
4-6 servings
  1. 1 lbground venison
  2. 1 packagelow sodium brown gravy (makes 2 cups prepared)
  3. 1 (8 oz)container sour cream + a little extra
  4. To tastepepper
  5. To tasteonion powder
  6. Splashworcestershire sauce
  7. 1/2 packageegg noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the venison in a skillet. If there's a lot of grease, drain it. If not, it'll add a little kick to the gravy later on.

  2. 2

    Remove the cooked meat to a plate or bowl. Use the same skillet and prepare the gravy per package instructions.

  3. 3

    Add the pepper, onion powder and worcestershire sauce. Then add the sour cream (as much as you want, honestly) and the meat.

  4. 4

    Cook noodles per package instructions. You can then mix it all together in a big pot or bowl or serve it up separately.

  5. 5

    Pair with green beans and enjoy!!
