Funfetti Cookie Cake

Don't mind the plain picture, I am using mine as the bottom later of a birthday cake..so feel free to decorate yours with some fun icing!
Ps.. this is not your average store bought cookie cake.. this thing is super moist and over an inch thick! Yum!🤗

Steps

Beat butter until smooth

Add in sugar and beat until fully blended

Beat in your egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract

In a seperate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cornstarch

Slowly begin to mix dry ingredients in with your wet ingredients. Add a little at a time. Mix until dough is formed.

Add in your chocolate chips and/or sprinkles. Mix together

Spread evenly in a 9 inch pan and bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes

Let cool for 30 mins on cooling rack before decorating. Enjoy!
