    Put the arrowroots in a sufuria, add your water till all the arrowroots are covered.

  2. 2

    Boil them till they are well cooked, take care not to overcook them.

  3. 3

    Remove them from fire, leave them to cool and peel them well and enjoy with your cup of tea.
