Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c.All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 c.Butter
  • 1/2 c.Sugar
  • 1/2 c.Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c.Peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp.Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp.Baking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 c.Chopped peanuts
  • Fruit jelly (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 375 F. Grease the cookie sheet

  2. 2

    Cream the butter add the sugar then the peanut butter

  3. 3

    Blend the egg

  4. 4

    Sift dry ingredients add to the wet ingredients

  5. 5

    Shape into ball, place thumb into the ball to have indention

  6. 6

    Place in the cookie sheet leave some space in between for spreading

  7. 7

    Decorate with fruit jelly.

  8. 8

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes until edges is brown.
