Saute bacon in medium pan until well cooked. Add shallots & mushrooms and saute gently until soft, about 10 min. Add 1/2 the chicken pieces, sprinkling with paprika and browning it. Then add the rest of the chicken and paprika.

When all chicken is browned add tomatoes and gently simmee until meat is tender, at least 20 minutes.

Before serving, add salt & pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve over warm noodles and top with extra sour cream.
