Lettuce,chicken & stir fry wrap
This is what I call my healthy meal
Steps

Cut chicken breast into cubes and I a pan heat oil and fry add pinch of salt and sprinkle black pepper for taste

Drain oil and pour chicken breast in a bowl and using same pan and the remain oil for stir fry onion and red pepper,add carrots and just fry for 10 minutes

On another pot boil green beans until soft and drain water then add them on the fried carrots,onion and peppers _then add sweet corn and pineapple and stir
- 4
Then when serving place lettuce first, followed by stir fry and then chicken breast and enjoy
