Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 250 gmsblack chana
  2. 200 gmsspinach(just chop it and then grind it to make paste)
  3. 2big onions grated
  4. 8-10garlic cloves grated
  5. 1 spoongarlic paste
  6. 1 cuptomato puree
  7. as tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 spoonRed chillli powder
  9. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  10. 1 spoonchana masala
  11. 1 spoonamchur powder
  12. 4 cupsKeep remaining boiled chana water at least
  13. Note:-take half boiled chana and mash it and half unmashed
  14. 1 spoonbutter
  15. as neededCream for garnish
  16. as neededOil

    Soak chana overnight and then boil it

  2. 2

    Now take a pan saute grated onion garlic and ginger till it comes to light brown colour

  3. 3

    Than add spinach in it till it leaves oil at the sides and become half in quantity

  4. 4

    Now add tomato puree in it and add salt chilli garam masala chana masala and wait to leave oil at sides

  5. 5

    Now take a presseure cooker add boiled chana and mashed chana and remaining water in it also add the above masala we made..

  6. 6

    Now give 5 to 6 whistle to it.

  7. 7

    Serve it...put some butter and garnish with cream..
