Ingredients

1 canchestnuts 8 oz. drained
1 lbbacon
3 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspbrown sugar
1pepper

Cut bacon strips in half.

mix together so I use sauce, pepper and brown sugar in medium bowl.

stir water chestnuts and marinate for 2 hours.

wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around Chestnut and secure with a toothpick.

place on a baking pan, pour marinade over the pieces, sprinkle more brown sugar over them, bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Double recipe to get 36-40 pieces
