combine the crumbled biscuit with butter. set the mixture into a loose cake pan and press firmly. place this in the fridge for 10 minutes.

using a food processor, beat cream cheese, sweet condensed milk, cream, vanilla powder and lemon juice until smooth.

stir the melted gelatin into the smooth cream mixture.

now spoon this mixture over the biscuit and place it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours, until completely set.
