Steps

Take a pan..roast moong...when it release aroma..add rice.....add water and salt..cook till rice soft...not overcooked

Now take a pan...add oil...crack mustard seeds...add curry leaves....ginger..chilli...chopped veggies...salt and turmeric...cook till veggie get soft

Add rice daal mix...now add some water...mix well...mash rice...cook for 2 min...garnish with roasted cashews..serve with peanut chutney
