Ingredients

  1. Stew------------------
  2. 30 ouncescanned pinto beans
  3. 1/2 poundbaby carrots
  4. 15 ouncecan of black beans
  5. 1-1/2 poundground beef
  6. 1-1/2 poundcarrots
  7. 2ribs of celery
  8. 29 ouncestomato puree
  9. 2medium onion
  10. Spices-----------------
  11. 1/3 cupground paprika
  12. 2 tablespoonssmoked paprika
  13. 2 teaspoonground Pink Himalayan salt
  14. 1 tablespoongranulated garlic powder
  15. 1 teaspoonground ginger
  16. 2 tablespoonsliquid smoke
  17. 1/4 cupchopped parsley flakes
  18. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your vegetables. Chop the peel and carrots, celery, and onions.

  2. 2

    Add the ground beef to a pot. Add the spices except the liquid smoke.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped vegetables, and baby carrots. Stir well and cover.

  4. 4

    Brown the beef with the vegetables stirring occasionally

  5. 5

    Cook till the juices the beef and Vegetables produced are absorbed or evaporated. Careful not to burn the dish.

    Add the beans and tomato puree. Also this is where you add the liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce

  7. 7

    Simmering and gently stirring occasionally, the beans can lose their integrity, for 25-30 minutes covered. Keep it going till carrots are fork tender and carefully paying attention to it possibly sticking to the bottom of pot.
