Put the biscuits and maltesers in a bag and crush them into crumbs

Melt the butter in a pan.Tip the biscuits and maltesers into the butter and stir throughly.

Line a 20cm (8 inch) cake tin (one with a removable base), with clingfilm. Spoon in the biscuits mixture, press it down flat let it cool.

Mix together thecream cheese, caster sugar. Whip the double cream until stiff, then fold it into the cheese mixture. Then add in the baleys and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the cake tin and leave to set for at least 3 hours or overnight.
